Our Story

"We’ve been friends for many years, and food has always been a big part of our lives. As two chefs with decades of culinary experience, we’ve spent years cooking, learning, and sharing our passion for great food."

"When our paths came together again in Las Vegas, we decided it was finally time to create something of our own. That’s how MAN GAI was born."

"We wanted to focus on one of the Thai dishes we truly love — Khao Man Gai, or Thai chicken rice. At MAN GAI, we keep things simple: quality ingredients, authentic Thai flavors, and food made from scratch with the same care we would cook for our own family and friends."
